On the eve of the last game against Turin in 2021, Nerazzurri head coach Inzaji talked about the team's status in an interview with international TV stations - the Nerazzurri topped the winter standings with 43 points, while also having the best offense and second best defense in the league.

Inzaji: "They have excellent players, they have won two wins and two draws in the last four games. They are in good shape and have a coach that I respect very much. He has the ability to make his team play at its best."

New homes in Inter and AC Milan:
Inter and AC Milan are pleased to announce that the "Cathedral" project designed by Populous has been selected as their new stadium. The next few weeks will be dedicated to finalizing the construction goals and development process of the new Milan stadium.
Last November, the city of Milan announced a decision to reconfigure the area near San Siro, which is currently occupied by the Meazza Stadium, by creating a new sports and leisure area. The new district will include a new 50,000 square meters of green space, with the reduction in building volume in compliance with the latest regulations (as per the Milan urban land planning scheme or the "Piano di Governo del Territorio").
This area will become a pedestrian area with a greening area of more than 110,000 square meters (accounting for 40% of the total area). In the current plan, parking lots that account for 27% of the total area will be moved to a dedicated underground area. Most sports and leisure activities – both indoor and outdoor – are free, or belong to the city of Milan.
With the decision of the Milan municipal government, the club has accelerated its selection of Populous and launched the next phase of the project, which will be carried out in the coming months with the goal of submitting the final project later in 2022.
