1. First of all, we need to prepare the materials. These materials can be purchased online, which is very convenient. 
2, then process the high-voltage package, remove the other pin , and retain the second pin.

7. Make a primary coil fixing frame, use plates that are not easy to deform, draw the spacing. Here the spacing is 5mm, then punch the holes in

9. Make the secondary coil, use 1mm enameled wire, first wrap it on a circular object with a small diameter, then penetrate it into the rack, and there are 7 threads wrapped here.
10, primary, capacitor group, ZVS, high-voltage package wiring (see zvs circuit diagram for high-voltage package and ZVS wiring diagram) connected to power to see if the high-voltage package can be pulled. Remember to try to pull the arc before assembly can be installed. The output of the high-voltage package is not positive or negative.
11. The lighter is also made with 1mm enameled wire. The paint on the enameled wire is hung off at the ignition. See the picture for details
