Pingshan Children's Park is located in the southeast of the intersection of Tongyu Road and Huangzhukeng Road in Shahu Community, Biling Street, covering an area of about 57,000 square meters. The park takes the "big tree school" of natural interaction, nature education, natural recreation and natural growth as the design concept. It has set up four theme areas: nature classroom area, jungle adventure area, exploration archaeological area, and mountain forest valley area. It includes skateboard world, step theater, loop ramp, metasequoia wetland, site park, sky walk, green grass study room and other special attractions, integrating natural experience, all-age amusement, site memory, and parent-child leisure.

In order to strictly implement the epidemic prevention requirements for entering the park, the park has set up three epidemic prevention entrances and exits (parking lots, park main entrances, visitor centers). Each citizen entering the park will take the body temperature and wear a mask, and prevent people from wearing masks and those who do not wear masks or have symptoms of abnormal temperatures or who have fever, dry cough and other symptoms. At the same time, disinfection hand sanitizer is also equipped for cleaning and disinfection of citizens. The park has a capacity of 1,200 people. In order to ensure the safety of citizens' travel and epidemic prevention control, the park will not exceed 70% of the personnel capacity during peak hours. When the entrances and exits exceed the capacity, flow restriction measures will be taken.
