Recently, Dujiangyan Court efficiently handled the case of Xuan Wen and Xuan Gui's application for execution of Liao's private lending dispute.

The applicants for execution Xuan Wen and Xuan Gui applied for compulsory execution to the court based on the civil judgment made by the Dujiangyan Court, and required the person subject to execution Liao to pay more than 50,000 yuan in case and interest. After accepting the case, the Dujiangyan Court issued an execution notice to Liao Moumou in accordance with the law, ordering him to immediately fulfill the obligation to confirm the above-mentioned effective judgment, but Liao Moumou failed to fulfill it. On April 8, 2021, the parties reached an execution settlement under the auspices of the court, and Liao promised to fulfill his repayment obligations to Xuan Wen and Xuan Gui. After the performance period expired, Liao Moumou did not perform in accordance with the settlement agreement. The presiding judge called Liao to go to the court to explain the situation and fulfill his repayment obligations, but Liao still refused to perform the performance.
