It is also stipulated that products other than "Gree", "TOSOT" and "Jinghong" are not allowed to operate.This also means that Zhuhai Huange Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has obtained the authorization to launch Gree Electric Appliances related products in Hebei region, replacing the previous distributor Hebei Xinxing Gree Electric Appliances Sales Co., Ltd. Zhuhai Huange's authorization period is one year, starting from August 22, 2022 to August 21, 2023. According to the agreement, the authorization period will be terminated upon expiration. If Zhuhai Huange needs to continue authorization, he must go through the procedures again.
The Paper reporter did not see the original Gree Electric Appliances Authorization Letter. However, local channels in Hebei also confirmed the above news. Zhuhai Huange obtained the use of the trademarks "Gree" No. 1215686 and 6369151, the trademarks "TOSOT" No. 8191506 and 8191504, and the trademarks "Jinghong" No. 8639210 and 8639207.

Among the historical shareholders of Jiangsu Saif Food, there are Liu Qiangdong and Chapter Zetian , and the withdrawal date is August 6, 2020. Four days later, on August 10, Liu Qiangdong and Zhang Zetian withdrew from the shareholder sequence of Jiangsu Saif Trading Co., Ltd.
