In order to strengthen the management of bus lanes in Hongta District, Yuxi City, standardize the driving order of urban roads, alleviate the traffic congestion in urban , ensure the priority passage of bus vehicles, improve the efficiency of bus vehicles and the efficiency of urban road use, and promote green and environmentally friendly travel, according to the " Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China " and its implementation regulations, Yunnan Province According to the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Regulations, the "Yunnan Yuxi Urban Management Regulations" and other laws and regulations, after research, it was decided to open a limited-time bus lane in Hongta District, Yuxi City. North area: Taiji Road, Longma Road, Coral Road, Kangxi Road, Yuhe Road, Honglong Road, Daba Road, Science and Technology Avenue and other sections.
South area: Xincheng Avenue, Henger Road, Hengsi Road, Guhu Road, Zhanqian Avenue and other sections.
3. Bus lane style
Bus lane is located on the motor vehicle lane on the far right of the road, marked by the longitudinal yellow dotted lines on both sides; there are patterns and text signs for "arrow, time and bus" above the entrance lane, and the vehicle is driving in the direction of the arrow.
4. Special period for bus lanes, allowed vehicles and traffic regulations
1. Special period:
am: 07:30-8:30
pm: 17:30-18:30
2. Allowed vehicles
special period: bus (including school buses, shift line passenger vehicles); special vehicles such as police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles that perform emergency tasks can drive on the lane while ensuring safety.
Non-dedicated period: Social vehicles are allowed to pass through the lane.
3. Passage regulations. Vehicles that are allowed to travel within a special lane in
should drive in order, and overtaking, speeding and low-speed driving are strictly prohibited; when passing through an intersection, they should enter the guide lane in advance in accordance with the required direction of progress; social vehicles are allowed to wait or turn right; buses are not allowed to park and get on passengers at will outside bus stops; in case of special circumstances such as traffic control, they should obey the command of traffic police and the guidance of traffic auxiliary police, and borrow adjacent driving lanes to pass on while ensuring safety; after passing through the controlled section, they should immediately enter the bus lane; vehicles that are allowed to borrow the bus should actively avoid buses to ensure safe passage.
5. Other regulations
1. During the period of a dedicated bus lane, if a traffic accident or other emergencies occur in an adjacent lane, only a dedicated bus lane can pass, you should obey the command and guidance of the traffic police on duty and the traffic auxiliary police, and use the dedicated bus lane to pass on the premise of ensuring safety; after passing through the site of the incident, you should immediately drive away from the dedicated bus lane.
2. In the mixed area near the intersection, special lanes are allowed to pass through while ensuring safety.
3. During the special period of bus lanes, the following behaviors shall not occur:
parking in violation of regulations; parking within 30 meters of the front and back of the bus station; other vehicles other than buses (including school buses and bus line passenger vehicles) pass through the bus lane ; intentionally damage, move, or alter the facilities of the bus lane; occupy the bus lane or stack materials at the bus stops and set up stalls.
4. "Electronic monitoring" is set up along the bus lane to capture and collect evidence for traffic violations such as illegal entry of bus lanes and illegal parking outside the area where the lane is allowed to borrow during the bus lane, and will be punished in accordance with the law.
