2017 will be the year of explosion in the promotion and application of new energy logistics vehicles. On the one hand, the explosive growth of the express delivery industry will drive the rapid development of new energy logistics vehicles; on the other hand, more than 100 new energy special vehicles have been shortlisted for the recommended model catalog, and various places have also issued support policies. Industry analysis, with the implementation and improvement of subsidy policies, road rights, charging piles, parking facilities and other aspects of new energy logistics vehicles, the development of new energy logistics vehicles will be further accelerated.
Yajun Pure Electric Vehicle
According to incomplete statistics, the new energy vehicle policies issued by 37 provinces and cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Wuhan all mention the relevant policies of pure electric vehicle flow vehicles. Take Shenzhen as an example. The "Shenzhen City New Energy Vehicle Promotion and Application Work Plan for 2016-2020" clarifies the promotion goals of new energy logistics vehicles, specifically: from 2016 to 2020, 20,000 pure electric small logistics vehicles will be added, including 1,000 in 2016, 3,500 in 2017, 5,000 in 2018, 5,500 in 2019, and 5,000 in 2020.
Shenzhen is the city with the highest marketization in China and is also the city with the largest scale application of new energy logistics vehicles. As of the end of December 2016, the number of new energy logistics vehicles in Shenzhen has reached 11,228, making it the city with the largest number of new energy logistics vehicles in the world. Among them, 15 rental companies including Minfu Woneng, ground rail car rental, blue and green new energy vehicle rental own 10,698 new energy logistics vehicles, accounting for more than 95%.
It is understood that Shenzhen’s public charging piles are mainly distributed in Futian , Nanshan , Luohu and other areas. However, Shenzhen’s logistics and transportation enterprises have gradually moved outside the customs, and even some warehousing centers are moved to the junction of Shenzhen and Dongguan and Huizhou . There are only 1,000 dedicated charging piles for logistics vehicles distributed in logistics parks, distribution centers, distribution outlets and other areas, and there is a lack of charging facilities. The problem of "difficulty in charging" has become the main factor affecting the promotion of new energy logistics vehicles.
is co-organized by Charging Facilities Online Network, Guangdong Charging Facilities Association, Guangdong New Energy Vehicle Industry Association and Zhenwei Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by China's largest charging equipment exhibition, the 8th Shenzhen International Charging Station (Pile) Technology Equipment Exhibition, which is co-organized by the China Civil Engineering Society Urban Public Transportation Society, and will be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from June 16 to 18, 2017.
It is worth noting that more than 300 charging facility companies including Kelu Electronics, Koshida , Titan Technology, Shenghong Electric, Guoqiu Charging, Juneng New Energy, Jingfuyuan, Feihong Technology, Epura, Yingfeiyuan, McGmitt, Jinweiyuan, Zhuhai Siqi, Jiangsu Zhilu, Shenzhen Guotou Innovation, Shenzhen Jiangji, Yingjie Electric, Huali Chuangrui, Lilong Electronics, Jianghao Electronics, Xinoxin, Dingwang Technology, Jianwang, Connette, Stuo Electronics, Hualianxing, Yiyi Industrial Design, etc. will unveil the latest smart charging solutions.
In order to accelerate the promotion of new energy logistics vehicles and solve the charging problems, the organizing committee will invite Shenzhen New Energy Logistics Vehicle Application Promotion Center to organize new energy logistics vehicle rental companies such as Minfu Woneng, ground railway rental and other new energy logistics vehicle rental companies and related freight and logistics companies to participate in the meeting and exchange, and strengthen cooperation with charging facility companies. According to Xu Chuan, executive vice chairman of the Promotion Center, the Promotion Center was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Highway Freight and Logistics Industry Association under the support and guidance of the Shenzhen Transportation Committee. Currently, there are 16 board member units including overground rail car rental, Ludianzhou , Minfu Woneng, Putian New Energy, Chengdu Yajun, Hengtian New Energy, and BAIC New Energy .
In order to accelerate the promotion of new energy logistics vehicles, the Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Commission and other relevant departments held a discussion on how to promote the promotion and application of new energy logistics vehicles after the subsidy policy declined. At the meeting, the Shenzhen New Energy Logistics Vehicle Application Promotion Center proposed that Shenzhen’s new energy logistics vehicles will be exempted from expressway tolls. If the research is passed, the promotion process of Shenzhen’s new energy logistics vehicles will be further accelerated.
