Prum Sokha, Minister of Public Services, said that the government needs to regulate resources to fight the epidemic and hopes that the people will understand.
"This will have a certain impact on government departments because newly hired officials will replace retired officials. However, we are doing our best to provide effective services to the people while ensuring that we are not infected."
