Beijing News Recently, MCC Jingcheng received the notice of winning the bid for the Guangyun Street Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project and Water Supply Reclaimed Water Pipeline Engineering Design Project in the Airport Economic Zone of Beijing Daxing International Airport. The winning bid for the Guangyun Street Comprehensive Pipe Gallery (Lixian Road-Yongxing Hebei Road) is located in the Lixian area of the Airport Economic Zone of Beijing Daxing International Airport. The total length of the pipe gallery is about 2.9 kilometers and it is planned to be a trunk pipe gallery. This project is the first comprehensive pipe gallery and municipal pipeline integrated design project undertaken by MCC Jingcheng in the Beijing area, marking that MCC Jingcheng’s pipe gallery and pipeline technology has won the recognition of the highest domestic standards.
Beijing Daxing International Airport Airport Economic Zone is a new urban area that Beijing has focused on building in recent years. It is also a key area for MCC Jingcheng to strengthen its presence in Beijing's territorial market and avoid "darkness under the lights". The Guangyun Street Comprehensive Pipe Corridor is located in the core area of Lixian Area of Linkong Economic Zone. Along the line are urban landmarks such as the International Conference Center, Aviation City Headquarters, and Central Ecological Park, as well as important functional groups such as the International Talent Community and the Comprehensive Bonded Zone. There are 3 planned A substation and a gas sub-high voltage regulating station are the energy arteries running through the north and south of the Lixian area.
In order to ensure that the plan is reasonable, intensive and economical, the design team fully digested the upper-level planning, comprehensively considered factors such as municipal needs, road network planning and important nodes, and coordinated the construction of underground space buildings such as pipe corridors, pipelines, underground passages, river bridges, etc., and utilized all aspects of the project. BIM design The design of the integrated pipe gallery will be closely coordinated and carefully designed with roads, bridges, pipelines, greening, lighting, etc., which not only ensures the spatial coordination between various systems, avoids collisions, but also reduces the number of ground facilities in the pipe gallery, and realizes the realization of motor vehicle lanes. The absence of manhole covers improves the quality of the urban environment and the comfort of residents.
