Hong Kong currently implements a capitalist system of separation of powers, with legislative power, executive power and judicial power separated. The legislative power lies in the Legislative Council , the executive power lies in the chief executive of Hong Kong, and the judicial power lies in the courts of Hong Kong.
Originally, the term of the last Legislative Council of Hong Kong ended in 2020, but we all know that a serious new crown epidemic broke out in 2020. The key points of the reform are three:
First, "Patriots govern Hong Kong." The root cause of the chaos in Hong Kong that began in 2019 lies in the fact that a considerable number of people in the management are essentially unpatriotic, so they colluded from top to bottom and internally and externally to make the situation in Hong Kong a mess.
However, "patriots governing Hong Kong" is a principle, and there are two specific measures to embody this principle.
First, reform Hong Kong’s Election Committee. In the past, the election committee had relatively little power and was mainly responsible for selecting the chief executive. After the reform, the Election Committee is not only responsible for selecting the chief executive, but also electing a relatively large proportion of Legislative Council members. Even if members of the Legislative Council are not directly elected by the Election Committee, when participating in the election of Legislative Council members, must be nominated by the Election Committee.
In other words, if you want to be the Chief Executive or a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, you must pass the Election Committee.
Second, reform the Electoral Qualification Review Committee.
That is to say, in Hong Kong, if you want to be the chief executive or a member of the Legislative Council, you must first pass the qualification review by the Electoral Qualifications Review Committee.
In the past, Hong Kong also had an organization with similar functions called the " Electoral Management Committee". However, the people responsible for qualification review in this committee were at a lower level, so the qualification review for some people who wanted to be officials in Hong Kong may not be in place. . On the one hand, they have limited information, and on the other hand, they may be afraid of offending others. Many people in Hong Kong who want to be officials are very well-backed, and many have collusion with the United States and the United Kingdom. The reformed Electoral Qualifications Committee will be higher-level and more authoritative, and will be able to better prevent unpatriotic people from infiltrating the ranks of Hong Kong managers.
After the reform of Hong Kong’s electoral system, the seventh Legislative Council election of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region was held on December 19, 2021.
Subsequently, in the first half of this year, the election of Hong Kong chief executive began. The original plan was to hold the election from April 3 to April 16 this year. Later, the epidemic in Hong Kong was particularly severe during that period, so it was postponed to May 8.
The official election was held on May 8, and the election results came out on the same day. The newly elected chief executive of Hong Kong is named Li Jiachao.
At this point, the management of the chaos in Hong Kong that began in 2019 should be regarded as reaching a milestone stage.
Because the management of chaos in Hong Kong mainly involves two aspects:

Putting aside the emotional stance and the pros and cons of China, we can at least say that Trump is unprofessional as president.
