Ma Tingjiang, male, born in July 1985, from Chengdu, Sichuan, resident ID number 510125198507033514, Han nationality, second-year junior high school education, unemployed. He was convicted of robbery and was sentenced to 13 years in prison in January 2005. He was released in May 2014 after serving his sentence. He was arrested by the Development Zone Branch of the Nantong Municipal Public Security Bureau in December 2017 on suspicion of drug trafficking.
