On October 13, Cartier brought its new [SUR]NATUREL series of high-end jewelry exhibition to the Shanghai Yicang Art Museum. This is also the first time in Cartier’s history that China will be the first stop for the global release of a new high-end jewelry series.

The exhibition site uses pure colors and simple lines to highlight the aura and ever-changing postures of all things. Ankon Mitra, an architect, landscape designer and artist, is also the internationally renowned pioneer of folding art. He designed folding art works to hang over the exhibition area, using nature as the theme to outline vibrant scenes.
This exhibition includes more than 500 exquisite pieces from the new [SUR]NATUREL high-end jewelry series and antique collections. It is divided into three chapters with the themes of "The Origin of All Things", "Instinctive Charm" and "Imaginary World". Presenting the creativity and ingenuity of new high-end jewelry, together with the Cartier Antique Collection Series exhibition area and the high-end watchmaking exhibition area, form an integrated scene of this high-end jewelry exhibition.

Brand new Cartier [SUR]NATUREL high-end jewelry series DIOSCURES necklace. (Platinum, 18K white gold ; the two largest diamonds on the pendant are a 26.37-carat D IF IIa pear-shaped brilliant cut diamond and a 26.35-carat D IF IIa pear-shaped brilliant cut diamond; in addition, it also includes a 3.09-carat D FL IIa radiant cut diamond; 107 D IF pear-shaped brilliant-cut diamonds, total weight 93.93 carats; 201 square diamonds, total weight 9.08 carats; 106 round brilliant-cut diamonds, total weight 0.61 carats) worth more than 190 million yuan.
The design of this necklace is inspired by a pair of brooches made in 1903 in the Cartier collection. This design emulates the style of this pair of brooches with a modern twist: pear-shaped diamonds form the leaves of the wisteria, while square diamonds outline the vines. The changes in light and shadow in the work are reminiscent of the dew marks on the wisteria branches, and the pear-shaped diamond pendant is like two dew drops hanging from the leaves.

Cartier antique collection series RAINY lizard brooch and fish brooch.

also brings a high-end jewelry craftsmanship demonstration area at Cartier, which also displays the entire creation from hand-drawn design drawings to diamond inlays, from gem selection to diamond polishing; in addition, the special customization area also displays a variety of gemstones.
