Five men, namely, Li, Li Moupeng, Zeng Wan and Zeng Moufeng, are suspected of committing major crimes.
It was found that this case was a multi-person, multiple, premeditated and multi-directional gang fraud. The main targets of the fraud were private pawn shop owners, private lending companies, Wuyoudai, ID loans, acquaintances and friends, etc. In the field group, the suspects organized a clear division of labor, purchasing crime tools, finding the crime target, signing a mortgage certificate with the victim on the spot, and providing the victim's mobile phone number, WeChat, and payment code, etc. The modus operandi of the crime was the same. They all used the gold necklace as a pledge and used high interest as bait. They pledged the money on demand and paid the interest. They also required the victim not to damage the appearance or dissolve the mortgage, which led to the victim purchasing a "gold-covered silver" necklace. At that time, only preliminary identification could be made. By the time the victim discovered that he had been deceived, the suspect had lost contact.
