In September 2020, Haishu Baiyun Police Station received an alarm about a platform fraud case. The victim, Ms. Gu, was pulled into a stock group on the Internet, and was later brainwashed by the "teacher" in it. She turned to invest on a virtual platform and was defrauded of more than 4 million yuan. Haishu Public Security Bureau launched an investigation into the case, and when it reached the fifth level of fund flow, it was discovered that more than 2 million yuan of funds involved in the case had flowed into a gold exchange. The police immediately went to the gold exchange to conduct an in-depth investigation.
At this moment, a woman named Huang appeared in the sight of Haishu police. Between August and September 2020, she withdrew 2.6 tons of physical gold from her account at a gold exchange, equivalent to more than 1 billion yuan. The police then went to Shenzhen, where he picked up the goods, to continue the investigation and extracted public videos of him withdrawing gold from the vault.

the police immediately organized an arrest after finding out Huang's true identity
and confirming that he was suspected of participating in the crime.
The police arrested the suspect and brought him to justice.

After Huang arrived at the case, the Haishu Police successfully persuaded her husband to surrender and bring him to justice based on the information he gave.

It is understood that the criminal suspect was hired to extract 2.6 tons of gold at a commission of 5 cents per gram of gold, making a profit of about 130,000 yuan.. Currently, they are under criminal detention by Haishu Public Security Bureau on suspicion of assisting information network criminal activities. The case is still under further investigation.
