1. Admissions principles(1) Enter the nearest kindergarten. According to this year's enrollment plan, public welfare kindergartens should give priority to enrolling children who are 3 years old or older (that is, born between September 1, 2012 and August 31, 2013) in the community and street where the kindergarten is located. garden. Public welfare kindergartens implement centralized and unified enrollment in autumn; if there are vacancies in normal times, they can fill the enrollment at any time.
(2) Admission without examination. Kindergartens are not allowed to conduct entrance or class placement tests in any form, are not allowed to select students in disguised form by opening special classes, experimental classes, etc., and are not allowed to refuse school-age children with disabilities who have the ability to receive general education to attend.
(3) Open and fair. The Social Affairs Bureau of the Chengdu Administrative Committee of Tianfu New District and the enrollment kindergarten will release enrollment information to the public through various forms, and provide consultation, guidance and services to parents and children through various channels. The entire process from the release of enrollment information, registration to admission will be fully disclosed. Strictly charge according to government pricing and accept social supervision.
2. Enrollment Methods(1) Enrollment Degrees and Scope
The 34 public welfare kindergartens in the district will enroll 2,753 degrees in the fall semester of 2016. The enrollment scope is delineated based on the principle of being based on the street and complementing each other (see the attachment for details). All public welfare kindergartens must give priority to enrolling children who meet the street household registration within the kindergarten's enrollment range and are over 3 years old (that is, born between September 1, 2012 and August 31, 2013) according to the enrollment scope. Kindergartens should inform parents of the qualification confirmation results on the spot. A "one-meter line" should be set up during on-site confirmation. When there are many people on site, a restroom should be arranged to wait in an orderly manner. The other 12 streets will confirm the qualifications of school-age children based on actual conditions.Those who fail to conduct on-site qualification verification after the expiration date or fail to pass the on-site qualification verification will have their registration qualifications cancelled.
For on-site qualification confirmation, parents of young children need to submit the following materials:
① Original and copy of the parent’s (or other legal guardian’s) ID card (A4 paper);
② The original and copy of the child’s household registration book (A4 paper).
(4) Publish the admission list and handle kindergarten registration.
All streets should guide public welfare kindergartens to admit new students in accordance with regulations, and advance reservations, registration and recruitment are not allowed.
