IT House News on February 11, according to Acer’s official website, Acer’s single-month consolidated revenue in January 2022 was NT$25.158 billion (approximately 5.734 billion yuan), a new high in the same period in eight years, with an annual increase of 7.1%. Acer said that logistics continues to be an operational bottleneck, but semiconductor supply problems have gradually eased .
Acer's January revenue highlights:
E-sports business revenue increased by 28.7% annually
Desktop computer revenue increased by 40.7% annually
Business computer (including notebook computers and desktop computers) revenue increased by 18.6% annually
Display revenue increased by 15.3%
Acer said that the company's strategy of establishing multiple business growth engines continues to be fermented, and non-PC and display businesses combined contributed 19.0% of revenue in January (16.1% in the same period in 2021). Listed, OTC, and emerging OTC subsidiaries have all announced January revenue respectively. Among other subsidiaries, Acer Game Company's January revenue increased by 29.3% year-on-year, and Etian Cooler Company's January revenue increased by 24.9% year-on-year.
IT House recently reported that Acer’s new generation of Shadow Knight Qing / Tomahawk 300 / Blade 500SE gaming notebooks will be on the shelves and will be launched on February 17. The initial price has not yet been announced.
