The accident caused Zhao Moumou to be seriously injured and died, and both vehicles were damaged. Electric vehicles bear the main responsibility.
The traffic police said that the above four battery car accidents reflected several problems:

2. Drivers have no formal driving training, their driving skills are not up to par, they often operate illegally while riding, and they are unable to handle correctly in emergencies, often causing accidents due to improper handling.
3. Drivers have no formal driving training and have weak awareness of safety and law-abiding. Traffic violations and violations often occur and cause traffic accidents.
4. The battery vehicles involved in the four traffic accidents were all vehicles exceeding the standard.
