EDF Group will hold 62.5% of the shares in the joint venture through its subsidiary EDF New Energy. The company and EDF (China) Investment Company hold the remaining shares in the joint venture.
Dongtai offshore wind power project is located in Dongtai, Jiangsu Beitiao Zini sea area and Zhugensha sea area, with a total investment of approximately 7.9 billion yuan. It is the first offshore wind power project after the establishment of the National Energy Group. It is the furthest offshore wind power project that has been put into operation in my country.
