In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of road traffic in Mei District during the Bayberry Festival, according to the " Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China 》Article 39, it was decided to implement traffic control on some roads in Cixi. The relevant matters are now announced as follows ↓↓↓
Traffic control hours
June 18, 19, 25, and 26, 2022 (4 days in total), from 6:30 to 18:00 every day.
Traffic control measures
1. Kuangyan Avenue, Luoming Highway, Hengjiang Line (Henghe Bridge-Luoming Highway), Cixi Section of Shamei Line, Hengtong Line, Henghe Section of Yanshan Line, Sanhai Line (Hengjiang Line- The road up the mountain in Wulei Mountain Scenic Area) prohibits the passage of trucks over 0.75 tons (not included) and passenger cars with more than 25 seats;
2. The Shamei Line (Hengjin Line-Shamei Line Zhushan Intersection) implements one-way traffic for motor vehicles from north to south;
drivers are requested to consciously abide by the regulations, obey management, and drive in a civilized manner. Anyone who violates the provisions of this notice will be captured and punished by electronic police in accordance with road traffic management laws and regulations and relevant regulations. We ask for understanding and support from all walks of life and the general public. This notice stipulates that special vehicles such as buses, police cars performing tasks, fire trucks, medical ambulances, and engineering rescue vehicles are excluded.
