got the clues, the detachment immediately set up a task force to conduct surveillance and investigation on Fan. It was found that Fan was active around Kunming and drove around all day long. Within a week, Fan changed accommodation in 5 different hotels. He never went out during the day, and when he went out late at night, he traveled lightly and rarely had contact with people.
"Did we guess wrong?" Just as he was hesitating, the immigration police discovered that Fan began to frequently use his mobile phone to contact Dehong 's number, and the numbers were all used overseas. This clue attracted the attention of the immigration management police handling the case.

Dehong Prefecture is located on the border of China and Myanmar, adjacent to the "Golden Triangle", the world's drug source. The national border is 503.8 kilometers long. There are no natural barriers on the border and illegal roads and small roads crisscross it. It has always been the forefront of my country's anti-drug struggle. If a Zhaotong criminal with a criminal record frequently contacts people abroad, there must be something fishy about it.
When the immigration police were at a loss, in the early morning of December 1, 2020, Fan drove out of Kunming and came to a basketball court in the suburbs. The basketball court is located at the junction of urban and suburban areas and is sparsely populated. The immigration police of the task force were unable to observe at close range. They could only continue to follow Fan in one group, and the other group followed the vehicle that met Fan. Through observation, the immigration police discovered that there was a car with Fan. The person meeting was traveling in a car with Baoshan license plate. After the car left the basketball court, it drove towards the highway in the direction of in Mangshi. Based on this, the task force determined that the drug transaction may have been completed.
The time is ripe for arrest, and the task force decided to arrest Fan first, who may have obtained drugs.
Following the commander's order, the immigration management police rushed forward and arrested Fan on the spot in the parking lot of a community in Kunming. They also found 10.16 kilograms of drugs hidden in the storage box in the back of his vehicle.

Faced with the immigration police who descended from the sky, Tian, who had no "experience" in drug trafficking, panicked and truthfully confessed the facts of the crime on the spot. Tian's confession confirmed the suspicion of the immigration management police of the task force. In the early morning of that day, the two met Fan briefly and completed the drug transaction. Fan was the buyer of the drugs, while Tian and Yuan were the parties transporting the drugs.
Among the three people who have been arrested, Fan, Yuan and Tian are strangers, while Tian and Yuan are classmates. Tian is the only one who has no drug-related convictions. Before the crime, he had been living an ordinary life. Until October 2020, his classmate Yuan found him in the name of a party and invited him to transport drugs together.
"I also know that transporting drugs is illegal, but when faced with high rewards, I still can't help but be tempted." According to Yuan's account, the suspect who directed them to transport drugs was outside the country and was an acquaintance of Yuan's when he was serving time in prison. The inmates promised to give them 200,000 yuan in transportation fees after the incident was completed.

Under the temptation of huge sums of money, Yuan was moved and even attracted Tian, an old classmate with no criminal record, to join the gang. In November 2020, the two came to Ruili City from Mangshi to make preliminary preparations for transporting drugs.
Ruili City, as the largest land port in southwest my country, has a large volume of personnel exchanges and complex situations within its jurisdiction. Yuan, who has criminal record, used Tian's identity to rent a rental house and buy a motorcycle, waiting for the drugs to enter the country.
On November 16, 2020, Yuan received a notification from an overseas drug trafficker that the drugs had entered the country. Yuan and Tian immediately went to a farmer's market in Ruili City to "pick up the goods."
Ruili City is more than 700 kilometers away from Kunming City. In order to combat drug crimes, the Yunnan Anti-drug Department has set up checkpoints and duty points on various highways. Therefore, it is almost impossible to successfully deliver drugs to Kunming without being discovered by inspectors.

According to Yuan’s confession, Yin and Yuan knew each other because they were drug addicts. Yin had previously revealed to Yuan his idea of transporting drugs, and this time there was an opportunity, so Yuan contacted Yin.

After Yuan was arrested, he cut off contact with the outside world, which would inevitably arouse Yin's suspicion. However, since the reward for transporting drugs has not yet been divided, the task force believes that there is still a chance of arresting Yin. The
