According to the German media SPIEGEL, in the past two weeks, Germany has shipped 2,450 RGW 90 portable anti-tank rocket launchers, 1,600 DM22 anti-tank mines and 3,000 to Ukraine DM31 anti-infantry jumping mine. Among them, the anti-tank rocket launcher is not an aid, but is ordered and delivered by Ukraine, while the DM22 and DM31 landmines come from the inventory of the German military.

This is not the first time that Germany has provided weapons and equipment to Ukraine. Shortly after the conflict between Russia and Ukraine broke out, Germany announced that it would ship 1,000 sets of Tekken 3 to Ukraine. It contains anti-tank weapons, 500 "Stinger" surface-to-air missiles, and about 2,700 SA-7 "Needle" portable air defense missiles and supporting ammunition left over from the former East Germany. Then on March 30, Germany announced that it would once again transfer to Ukraine, including 2,650 sets of anti-tank missiles , 3,000 night vision devices , radar systems, 18 reconnaissance drones, armored vehicles and thousands more Military supplies including protective vests and helmets. On April 26, Germany approved the delivery of the Cheetah 35mm self-propelled air defense system to Ukraine, but the supporting ammunition has not yet received approval from Swiss . In May, Germany announced that it would deliver 7 PzH 2000 155mm self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine.
The RGW 90 "Matador" equipped by the German army is a 90mm caliber portable anti-tank weapon system. It was jointly developed by Israel- Singapore in 2000 and produced by the German Dynamit Nobel defense company. It is mainly used to deal with various types of armored vehicles including main battle tanks and light armored vehicles, as well as solid ground targets such as fortresses, bunkers and defensive positions, with an effective range of 500 meters. The unguided rockets it launches can be equipped with different types of warheads, including high-explosive anti-tank rounds (HEAT) and armor-breaking (HESH). When equipped with high-explosive anti-tank shells weighing about 2.5 kilograms, it can effectively penetrate 500mm rolled homogeneous armor.
