According to the "Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres", pre-appointment announcements are now being made for Gao Changbo and other comrades.
Gao Changbo, male, born in March 1971, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, with an on-the-job postgraduate degree. He once served as deputy director of the Emergency Duty Division of the Provincial Government Emergency Management Office, deputy director of the Third Comprehensive Division of the Provincial Government General Office, and director of the Provincial Science and Education Leading Group Office. Currently, he is the director of the Secretariat of the Jilin Provincial Government General Office. Proposed to be appointed deputy department-level leadership position.
Jiefang, male, born in December 1968, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job postgraduate degree. He once served as deputy director (deputy director) of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department (Provincial Party Congress Representative Liaison Office). Currently, he is the full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Jilin Provincial Government Office in Beijing. Proposed to be appointed deputy department-level leadership position.

He once served as deputy prosecutor of the Yanbian Prefecture Procuratorate, chief prosecutor of the Yanbian Forestry Branch of the Provincial Procuratorate, director of the First Public Prosecution Division of the Provincial Procuratorate, chief prosecutor of the Baishan City Procuratorate, procuratorial specialist of the Provincial Procuratorate, and member of the full-time procuratorial committee. He is currently the deputy prosecutor general and member of the Procuratorial Committee of the Jilin Provincial People's Procuratorate. Proposed to be appointed to non-leadership positions at department level.
Yang Hongjun, male, born in February 1967, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, with an on-the-job postgraduate degree. He once served as deputy director of the Social Publicity Division of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, director of the External Publicity Planning Division, Director of the First Division, and Director of the Fourth Division of the Provincial Propaganda Office. He is currently the director of the Press Release Division of the Propaganda Department of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee. Proposed to hold non-leadership positions at deputy department level.
Zhang Weidong, male, born in August 1968, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree. He once served as deputy director of the Provincial Public Security Department Office, deputy commander of the command center, and deputy director of the research office. Currently, he is the director of the Research Office of Jilin Provincial Public Security Department. Proposed to hold non-leadership positions at deputy department level.
He Lianjun, female, born in December 1966, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, with an on-the-job postgraduate degree. He once served as a researcher in the Inspection and Supervision Division of the Provincial Department of Personnel, and as a deputy director and researcher in the Personnel Division of the Provincial Staffing Office. Currently, he is the director of the Personnel Department of the Organization and Establishment Committee Office of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee. Proposed to hold non-leadership positions at deputy department level.
Li Jingbo, male, born in February 1965, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree. He once served as deputy director of the Personnel Supervision Office of the Provincial Government General Office, director of the Comprehensive Secretariat of the Provincial Government Affairs Disclosure Coordination Office, and director of the Information Division of the Provincial Government General Office. Currently, he is the director of the Cultural and Telecommunications Department of the General Office of Jilin Provincial Government. Proposed to hold non-leadership positions at deputy department level.

He once served as full-time deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Department of Finance and director of the Education, Science and Culture Department. He currently serves as the director of the Party, Government and Youth League Division of the Jilin Provincial Department of Finance. He once served as deputy director of the Provincial Agricultural Committee Office, deputy director of the Regulations Department, director of the Administrative Approval Office, and director of the Regulations Department. He is currently the Director (Director) of the Agricultural Mechanization Management Office (Bureau) of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Jilin Province. Xu Caijing, female, born in March 1967, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, with an on-the-job postgraduate degree.
