Project Overview The
project is located in Wanqingsha Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. The planned land is currently the original building and green space, surrounded by Wetland Park and Pearl River. The surrounding landscape resources are good. The
project consists of two parts. The first plot is a renovation project, where a wharf inn is planned to be built. Project 2 is a new project, and it is planned to build a sea-view hotel. The
project is positioned as cultural tourism-led. By connecting sightseeing and leisure attractions, integrating wetland tourism resources, developing tourist stop scenes, exploring the cultural and spiritual highlights of the site, it creates a leisure space that integrates catering, accommodation, sightseeing and vacation.
Lot 1 Pier Inn
takes the spatial pattern of the original building and the restoration of the original environment as the entry point to reconnect artificial and natural, protection and development, history and future. While respecting the original pattern, architectural texture, and ecological environment, we will realize the rebirth of old buildings and surrounding ecology from point to surface, from part to whole.

The entire bow of the ship has floor-to-ceiling windows. Even when sitting on the sofa, you can feel the vastness of the smoke. The boat house structure adopts a wooden structure system, which is the need of the site environment and is also a continuation of the traditional pontoon boat with the same origin.
By renovating the road network and waterways, upgrading the landscape nodes, improving the surrounding ecology, the entire scene is connected from the spatial system on the ground to the surrounding relationship, and the architecture, environment, and functions are combined in the design to achieve harmony and unity.
The wharf redesigned and planned the waiting area, waiting room and ticket window, established two straight-line berthing positions that can accommodate 13.8-meter large ships, dredged and deepened the channel, and expanded the battery car waiting area. The waterfront plank road has been upgraded and renovated, and cruise boat embarkation and disembarkation points have been added. The outdoor platform has also been upgraded and renovated on the original basis, and awnings have been added.
B&B intention map
B&B guest rooms follow the concept of returning to nature and being natural, and respect the local natural ecology as a basic starting point from beginning to end. In the planning and design of B&B guest rooms, we strive to minimize damage to the living environment and create a harmonious adaptation of people to natural materials and nature.

Lot 2·Sea View Hotel
Looking from the north, it looks like a cruise ship, and the bird's eye view looks like a flying bird. The Kanhai Hotel is shaped like a cruise ship, creating a rich, multi-level, three-dimensional transportation system. It looks south to Lingding Ocean and is close to the mangrove wetland, creating the best viewing spots for the surrounding areas.
