The Municipal Natural Resources Bureau recently released the "Fenggang Town Recent Construction Plan (2017-2020)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Recent Plan"). Focus on the construction of four major areas including Guanjingtou
According to the "Recent Plan", Fenggang Town plans to build a spatial layout structure of "one main, two auxiliary, three axes, four parks and five districts". "One main" refers to the center of Fenggang Town area; the "two pairs" refer to the Yantian sub-central area and the Guanjingtou sub-central area; the "three axes" refer to the urban functional linkage axis, the main axis of urban life and the landscape green belt; the "four parks" refer to the Guanmenshan Forest Park, Bihu Forest There are four ecological parks including Yanhu Park, Yanhu Park and Chenggongling Park; the “five districts” refer to the five major industrial concentration areas of Yuquan, Golden Phoenix, Dalong, Bihu and Hongying.
Among them, the central area of Fenggang Town will become the administrative office, cultural entertainment, commercial and public supporting center of the town, and a concentrated display area of the town’s image; the Yantian sub-central area will build a town-level town with functions such as business, sports and entertainment. The sub-center, an advanced manufacturing base with electronics as its leading industry, has become the southern gateway for Fenggang to connect to Shenzhen Pinghu and coordinate development; the Guanjingtou sub-center area relies on the location advantage of being close to the central city of Longgang, Shenzhen, and gradually adjusts the land use structure of the area. Develop residences and corresponding supporting facilities to form an important life node at the eastern gateway of Fenggang Town's industrial-urban integration and the urban junction of Dongguan and Shenzhen.
"Recent Plan" also proposed that Fenggang should seize the development opportunities of Shenzhen-Dongguan integration, further consolidate the foundation of manufacturing development, continue and enhance local traditional advantages such as mountainous characteristics and overseas Chinese culture, and focus on "characteristics" and "quality". In the near future, we will focus on the construction of four major areas including Guanjingtou Area, Yantian Area, Fenggang Town Central Area and Tiantangwei Area. The "Recent Plan" proposes that by 2020, the town's permanent population will be 398,800, and the residential land scale will reach 1,344.06 hectares. The residential land will be based on traditional residential functional areas, and appropriate The centralized layout is planned to form four concentrated residential areas: northern residential area, central residential area, eastern residential area and southern residential area, creating a livable town in southern Dongguan.
In addition, according to the spatial structure layout, Fenggang plans to use 188.79 hectares of land for commercial service industry facilities by 2020, forming a well-defined commercial service industry system with "one core, two auxiliaries, and multiple points" and becoming the sub-center of the Southeast Group of Dongguan City . Among them, the "first core" is the core commercial service area along Yongsheng Street and Dongshen East Road in the center of the town. It also guides the commercial agglomeration in the south to form two commercial sub-centers, You-Guan and Yantian, serving Guanshen. In addition, according to the distribution of residential areas, "multi-point" commercial service industry nodes at the residential area level will be formed.
In terms of supporting facilities, the "Recent Plan" proposes that Fenggang Town plans to have 41 primary schools, middle schools and nine-year consistent schools, and 4 general hospitals to improve the existing facilities of various outpatient clinics. At the same time, it is planned to form a trunk road network system of "six vertical and five horizontal" to coordinate the relationship between internal transportation and land use in the city, further strengthen regional transportation integration, promote the seamless connection between Feng and Shenzhen, and create a pioneer area for Dongguan-Shenzhen-Huizhou integration.
