1. Recruitment numbers and positions

2. Recruitment conditions
(1) Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abide by the constitution, laws, regulations and social ethics;

(2) The following persons are not allowed to apply:

3. Recruitment procedures
(1) Registration

2. Registration time: 8:30 on May 8, 2022 to 17:30 on May 12.
3. Registration requirements
(1) Each applicant can only apply for one position. Applicants should carefully read the relevant application requirements and qualifications in the "Recruitment Brochure" and "Position List", and carefully select qualified positions to apply for according to their personal circumstances.
(2) Applicants must first sign the "Integrity Commitment Letter" on the registration website, then fill in the "Registration Form" information as required, and upload a recent front-facing digital color photo (jpg format, size less than 20KB).
(3) When filling out their resume, applicants must complete and accurately fill in their high school, technical secondary school, junior college, undergraduate, and postgraduate study experience (fill in the start and end years of schooling, the institutions studied, departments, and majors) and post-graduation work Experience (fill in the start and end years of work, work unit, and main work performed), the time cannot be disconnected or blank. (2) Preliminary review of qualifications
1. The preliminary review of qualifications will be conducted online from 8:30 on May 8, 2022 to 12:00 on May 13, 2022.
2. During the preliminary qualification review, if the candidate fails the review, a brief explanation of the reasons will be given in the qualification review column; if the submitted information is incomplete or has questions, the applicant will be returned for supplement or explanation.
3. After successfully submitting the registration information online, applicants should check the results of the preliminary qualification review in a timely manner.
4. The application fee is 70 yuan per person (registration fee is 20 yuan/person, examination fee is 50 yuan/person). Applicants must pay the fee online in a timely manner after passing the preliminary qualification review. The deadline for payment is 17:30 on May 13, 2022. 5. 4. Written test subject: The written test subject is "Comprehensive Basic Knowledge" , which mainly tests the knowledge level and basic abilities that candidates should have to adapt to the position. The test content includes basic knowledge of public security, common sense that should be known, common laws and regulations, etc. . The full score of the written test is 100 points and the time is 120 minutes. The written test score shall be kept to two decimal places and the mantissa shall be rounded off.
5. The written examination paper for both Mongolian and Chinese positions has 50% each of the national common language test questions and the Mongolian test questions. Among them: the national common language test questions must be answered in the national common spoken and written language, and the Mongolian test questions must be answered in Mongolian. For non-Mongolian and Chinese positions, test papers in the national common language will be provided, and applicants must answer in the national common language.
6. After the written examination grading is completed, the public recruitment auxiliary police leading group will study and determine the minimum qualifying score. The written test results and the minimum passing score will be announced on the registration website.
(4) Qualification review
1. The time, location and relevant requirements for the qualification review will be announced separately on the registration website. Applicants who fail to attend the qualification review at the designated location on time will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
2. Among the applicants whose written test scores reach the minimum qualifying score, those who will enter the qualification review scope will be determined in descending order of written test scores for each position and in a ratio of 3:1. Those whose written test scores are tied and exceed the 3:1 ratio will be included in the qualification review scope. For positions with less than 3:1 ratio of people with the lowest passing score in the written test, the number of people entering the qualification review scope will be determined based on the actual number of people.
3. Applicants who enter the scope of qualification review must submit the following materials:

(5) Physical fitness test
1. The time, location and relevant requirements of the physical fitness test will be announced separately on the registration website.
2. Candidates who pass the qualification review can take the physical fitness test at the designated location at the specified time with their valid second-generation ID card, temporary ID card, social security card or passport (one of the four certificates). The physical fitness test standards are implemented in accordance with the "Physical Fitness Test Items and Standards for People's Police Recruitment by Public Security Organs (Interim)" (see Appendix 2 for details). If one of the physical fitness tests fails to meet the standard, it will be deemed as a failure in the physical fitness test. Applicants who fail to take the physical fitness test at the designated location at the specified time will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
3. For the vacancies that appear after the physical fitness test, applicants who have reached the minimum qualifying score in the written test for the corresponding position will be filled in in equal amounts in order from high to low written test scores to participate in the qualification review and physical fitness test; those who fail to meet the qualifications after the replacement For positions with a ratio of 3:1, the candidates for the interview will be determined based on the actual number of candidates.
4. The physical fitness test is a strenuous exercise. 2. 3. Interviews for civilian auxiliary police positions 5 and 6 of the League Public Security Bureau are conducted in the form of professional skills tests, including:

4. Except for Civilian Auxiliary Police Positions 5 and 6 of the League Public Security Bureau, other recruitment positions adopt the structured interview method. The structured interview is full of 100 points. The interview results are retained to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded. The interview results are announced on the spot. All candidates answer questions in the common language of the country. For positions with a large number of people who cannot be interviewed in the same interview group, a lottery will be organized in advance and the candidates will be sorted according to the overall interview results. (7) Physical examination and inspection
1. Civilian auxiliary police positions 5 and 6 of the League Public Security Bureau, among those who have scored 60 points or above in the professional skills test, according to the overall test score of the candidates in descending order and the actual number of recruits for the position, The number of people who will enter the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers. (8) Publicity and Employment
1. The list of candidates who have passed the physical examination and inspection will be published on the registration website, and the publicity period is 5 working days. During the publicity period, if problems affecting employment are reported and found to be true, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
2. If the person to be hired has no objection after being announced, the recruiting unit will sign a labor contract with the applicant, and it will be included in the quota management of police auxiliary personnel. The labor contract signed for the first time has a term of three years and a probation period of six months. Those who pass the probation period will be hired; those who fail to meet the requirements will be terminated. If the auxiliary police officer breaches the contract after the contract is signed, he must bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract in accordance with the contract.
3. Before going through the recruitment procedures for this recruitment, the person to be hired must have been employed as a civil servant (including personnel from public institutions) or employed by a public institution (subject to the employment and employment filing documents) or employed by other regional public security organs. 4. Score Validity Period
The results of the auxiliary police recruitment examination will be retained for one year, starting from the release of the written test results announcement. If there is a vacancy within the validity period of the results, the applicants for the corresponding positions will be filled in order from the highest to the lowest total test score. For positions that are still vacant and have no replacement personnel, with the approval of the public recruitment auxiliary police leadership group, the written test scores will be delineated for replacement admissions, and the recruitment will be conducted among those who have not entered the interview stage (excluding those who did not participate in all aspects before the interview on time) Supplementary registration. 5. Salaries and benefits
