Xu Teji introduced that in 2020, Xibin Town invested 6.8 million yuan to promote the reconstruction of the Yongjun Road Industrial Zone section. At present, the first draft of the design and the pre-examination and approval of the project land have been completed; more than 2 million yuan has been invested in the intersection of Jinxin Road and Yongjun Road. Set up standardized light controls and road warning signs, complete the installation of zebra crossings at major intersections such as the Yongjun section (near Guizhao Temple), and invest 44,100 yuan to complete the renovation of Xianghua intersection.
At the same time, Xibin Town continues to implement the "River Chief System" and is expected to invest 12.8 million yuan in the construction of the town's domestic sewage pipe network (Phase II), which is expected to be completed by the end of the year; 1.98 million yuan will be invested in the construction of the Miss Harbor protection project , has been completed and put into use. In addition, in recent years, Xibin Town has invested a large amount of education funds every year to support the construction of school software and hardware. In 2019, a total of more than 4.3 million yuan was invested in the construction of school projects such as the academic lecture hall of Xibin Middle School, the comprehensive building of the Central Primary School, and the football field of the Central Kindergarten. In September this year, Xibin Town established the Town Education Development Promotion Association, which raised a total of 8.65 million yuan for teaching scholarships and improving the quality of education and teaching, so that people can enjoy high-quality education at their doorsteps.
It is understood that starting from September this year, the "Promotion Association" will use a budget of 200 yuan per person as a monthly performance reward for primary school and kindergarten teachers.
