The school may not be able to pay the salaries of the faculty and staff, which is in compliance with Article 55 of the Private School Law. Article 1 is about the situation where private schools are poorly managed and have not improved after a deadline.

After consulting the private school consultation meeting, the Ministry of Education will order Datong Technical College to stop enrollment for all classes starting from September this year to protect the rights of teachers and students.

According to statistics from Taiwan's Ministry of Education, schools that have been closed include Gaofeng Digital Content College , Yongda Technical College , Gaomei Healthcare Management College, Asia Pacific College of Creative Technology , Nanjing University of Science and Technology , Taiwan There are 7 schools in total including , , Daojiang Institute of Technology and Management, and , School of Tourism.
