China News Service Quzhou December 9th (Dong Yixin, Zhang Weiping, Xu Guofei) On a winter afternoon, I was sitting in the sun at the "Yi Mu Yun Xin" natural farm in Huangtankou Township, Qujiang District, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He is 66 years old this year. Taiwan's "Second Uncle" Xu Tianyou has been enjoying a lot of fun in his free time recently.

"We have spent seven years 'recuperating' the land through a biological enzyme system and organic and natural farming methods. Now the soil is much stronger and the soil is softer." Xu Tianyou said that he once worked in Taiwan organic agriculture. In 2015, he came to Huangtankou Township at the invitation of a friend. After inspection, he "selected" a farmland surrounded by mountains on three sides and close to water on one side in Huangtankou Village, Huangtankou Township.

Since then, Xu Tianyou, investor Ye Jiaming and others founded the "Yi Mu Yun Xin" natural farm and began to experiment with new farmers : without any chemical fertilizers, chemical pesticides, herbicides, to create a combination of planting and breeding of organic permaculture systems.

"People nourish the land, and the land nourishes people. It takes time and patience to make the land and environment better." Xu Tianyou said that for the past seven years, he has lived and eaten in farmland and "guarded" this "field of hope." What he wants to do is not just agricultural planting, but to build an ecological scene with humanistic sentiments and a gathering platform for farming enthusiasts.

Since 2018, the "Yimu Yunxin" Natural Farm has held themed activities such as "Feast in the Rice Fields" and "Returning to the Pastoral - Qutai Music Thoughts", with the participation of three young Taiwanese musicians and other local creative talents. To this day, the event has attracted many like-minded people to build pastoral dreams together.

In April this year, Xu Tianyou opened the short video account "Yi Mu Yun Xin" to spread concepts such as ecology, planting, and organic life. It has attracted nearly 250,000 people's attention, and the total video views have exceeded 30 million times.

"I was attracted by the short video of 'Second Uncle'." Chen Jinping, a new farmer from Yushan, Jiangxi Province, said that this is his second time coming here to learn farming, and he feels particularly friendly every time he comes here.

Xu Tianyou, who has been deeply involved in organic farming culture for many years, has also attracted the favor of capital. In September this year, with an investment of 100 million yuan from Zhejiang Junhong Group, the Junhong Huihui Village pastoral complex project was officially launched in Huangtankou Township. At present, the construction of the Pastoral Hotel covering an area of 10.8 acres has begun. This project will target the Cross-Strait Sunac Rural Revitalization Demonstration Base, combining the homestay management experience of Taiwan compatriots with the beautiful countryside of Quzhou to promote rural revitalization.

"Who doesn't want their home to get better and better? I also hope that more people will work together to build Huangtankou." Xu Tianyou said that people over 60 don't like to wander, and he has long regarded this place as his "second hometown." (End)
