The specific number of people surrounded is unknown. If the surrounded Ukrainian army surrenders or is wiped out, will it be considered a large-scale annihilation of the effective strength of the Ukrainian army? It should count.
So is it going to demilitarize Ukraine? This cannot be certain, unless the following circumstances occur: first, the number of Ukrainian troops annihilated exceeds 30,000; second, most of the weapons provided by the United States and NATO were destroyed by the Russian army, leaving the Ukrainian army too late to rearm; third , the United States and NATO retreated from the situation and stopped further supporting Ukraine , as Kissinger said.
Whether these three scenarios will become a reality is still unclear. The United States has just approved US$40 billion in "aid to Ukraine", and NATO will also provide more than 30 billion. Although there is a question mark as to whether the money or weapons will actually reach Ukraine, it is hard to say that they will not embolden Zelensky. The United States will continue to fuel the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and there is no basis to indicate that the United States will stop here. Many people believe that Kissinger's words represent the meaning of Biden , and some even speculate that Biden deliberately arranged for Kissinger to be popular. However, there is a lack of evidence and subjective speculation cannot be used as a basis after all.
The United States actually looks relaxed. It is fighting a proxy war. The agent is the scapegoat and is destined to get no good fruits. The United States can either choose to benefit its own strategic needs and continue to encircle and suppress Russia with NATO and the European Union , or it can choose the right time to leave the battlefield and betray Ukraine. This kind of thing can come and go when the United States wants. There is neither psychological nor moral burden. What a robber! Why can't Kissinger's words be regarded as a smokescreen intentionally released by Biden?
People optimistically estimate that as long as Russia achieves its goal of demilitarizing Ukraine, there will be hope for an armistice. Of course, the possibility of an armistice cannot be absolutely ruled out, but the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is essentially a conflict between Russia and the United States. The initiative to arm the armistice is not in the hands of Putin , let alone in the hands of Zelensky. As I said at the beginning, if the United States does not backfire and use NATO to oppress Russia, there will be no war between Russia and Ukraine. The United States can retreat or advance, but Russia can only win but not lose. Therefore, I am not optimistic about the ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. I think the optimistic speculation is that "the Biden administration thinks too well" and is based on normal people's thinking, thinking that the Bidens still have a moral bottom line. This is wrong. We should note that American politicians keep claiming humanitarianism, but use civilians as human shields. This alone reveals the true nature of the Bidens.
My feeling is that even if Russia achieves a great victory in Ukraine, the United States will still use NATO to oppress Russia, such as forcing Finland and Czech to enter the treaty. How can a Turkey stop it? The United States will continue to transport weapons into Ukraine. Even if Zelensky is really useless and wants to surrender, the US intelligence agency will kill him, blame Russia, and replace him with a new Ukrainian president. There are many people who covet Zelensky's position. Although he is useless in fighting, he can be in an excellent position to make money! Zelensky and the others can get a share of the US 40 billion. Also, the US 40 billion has only been approved, and it will take time to turn it into weapons and transport them to Ukraine. The peak period for weapons shipped into Ukraine will be after July, and Zelensky still has time to play the face-changing game. At one moment, he shouted that there would be no preconditions for negotiations and that anything could be discussed, including autonomy or independence for Wudong. At another moment, he said that he would only talk about an armistice. Can you believe what he said?
According to Kissinger, the United States is worried about a nuclear war to glorify the Bidens. If there is a real truce, the only reason is that he is hurt from being beaten. Is there any way Putin can make Biden hurt? It depends on whether Putin's energy and food supplies can push up inflation in the United States and trigger an economic crisis in the United States, or whether Europe can't bear it and is forced to resist the United States. We cannot overestimate this. The United States itself is not short of energy and food. The reason why the United States wants to buy crude oil from the Middle East is not because the United States is short of oil, but because it wants to preserve its own underground oil. One day, other countries will use up all the oil they still have. Even if clean energy is the main focus in the future, it will be beneficial for the United States not to exploit local oil on a large scale. The United States' calculations are really very comprehensive and long-term.
