The curtain wall aluminum profile has an isopressurized chamber and a special pressure introduction hole, so that the internal pressure of the isopressurized chamber is balanced with the external pressure through the special pressure introduction hole, and the pressure difference is moved to the interior side of the room where it cannot contact rainwater. 2. A small hole is made in the curtain wall aluminum profile flowing to the outdoors, collect the water entering the curtain wall through the small gap and discharge it outside the curtain wall. At the same time, a small amount of water in the isopressurized cavity between the glass, aluminum profile and aluminum buckles is discharged. This is one of the effective water control methods for water leakage maintenance in curtain walls.
3. During design, you can also consider setting up a water collection pipe and a drainage pipe on the glass curtain wall, so that the water that seeps into the gap and enters the curtain wall can be concentrated, and the drainage pipes can be smoothly discharged to the designated drainage holes in the room.
4. Choose high-quality structural silicone sealant, weather-resistant silicone sealant , wall glue , and strengthen inspections to prevent expired use. When choosing high-quality float glass , it needs to be treated with edges, and the glass size error meets the standard requirements.
5. Pay attention to controlling the use environment of sealant, and strictly prohibit the open-air construction of silicone sealant on rainy days.
6. Before performing structural silicone sealant, weather-resistant silicone sealant and wall glue injection, dust, grease, loose matter and other dirt on aluminum frames, glass or gaps should be removed.
7. When opening the window, you should carefully check whether the sealing level is up, whether the accessories are of good material, reliable function, and flexible opening and closing.
