2. Reliability of materials. In other words, after we use some kind of waterproof and leak-stopping material to block the leakage location, we can't let the material leak again quickly due to the influence of the environment. The most common thing is that there is delamination between the plugging material and the cracks, causing water to leak along these gaps.
Selection suggestion: Regarding the selection of materials when repairing roof leaks, the method I personally recommend to everyone is to use the currently more commonly used roof leak-proofing paste. It is not recommended that you apply polyurethane or polymer cement mortar when sealing leaks.
The roof is prone to water leakage, so we must do a good job of waterproofing behind it. Another thing that everyone must pay attention to is to do a good job in roof drainage. Because only after the roof drainage is done well can the accumulation of water on the roof be reduced. This is the most beneficial to our roof waterproofing.
