"Heating" in winter is to transport outdoor heat back indoors, but the outdoor temperature itself is relatively low in winter. It takes a long time and is bound to increase energy consumption.

② Large temperature difference
In order to save electricity in summer, the air conditioner temperature is usually set at 26-28 degrees, and the difference from the outdoor temperature is only a few dozen degrees at most.
In winter, the indoor temperature is generally set at 28-30 degrees during heating, and the temperature difference between and the outdoor temperature is as high as more than 20 degrees. The greater the temperature difference, the longer the air conditioner will work, and the higher the power consumption will naturally be.

③ Electric auxiliary heating

How to use air conditioners to save energy in winter
