How to use carbon fiber cloth
1. Carbon fiber cloth construction preparation: Based on the design construction drawings, construction site and actual conditions of the construction reinforced components, formulate a construction plan, and prepare the carbon fiber cloth, supporting adhesives, machinery, etc. used for construction.
2. Concrete surface treatment: grind the concrete surface to remove surface floating slurry, oil stains, etc., clean the concrete surface with a hair dryer, and keep it dry.
3. Prepare and apply base glue: stir the base glue main agent and curing agent evenly at a weight ratio of 2:1 in the container using an electric stirrer. Use a roller brush to evenly apply the base glue to the reinforcement position after grinding. After the glue is solidified (the curing time depends on the on-site temperature, the finger contact is dry). Then carry out the next process construction.
4, base surface leveling. The recessed parts on the concrete surface should be filled, and the parts with height difference such as formwork joints should be filled to minimize the height difference. The corners should also be processed into a smooth arc with a radius of no less than 30mm.
5. Paste carbon fiber cloth. After applying the impregnation glue, immediately paste the carbon fiber cloth according to the design position, and use a roller brush to make the impregnation glue fully soak the carbon fiber cloth. After the glue is dried, apply a layer of impregnated glue on the surface to protect the carbon fiber cloth.
