2. For corrugated compensators with inner sleeves, attention should be paid to the direction of the inner sleeves consistent with the direction of the medium flow, and the chain rotation plane of the chain type compensator should be consistent with the displacement rotation plane.
3. A compensator that needs to be "cold tightened" must be carried out. The auxiliary components used for pre-deformation should be removed after the pipeline is installed.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the method of deformation of corrugated telescopic sections to adjust the installation error of the pipeline to avoid affecting the normal function of the compensator, reducing service life and increasing the load of the pipeline system, equipment, and supporting components.
5. During the installation process, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the wave shell, and the wave shell is not allowed to be damaged by other mechanical damage.
6. After the pipe system is installed, the auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the corrugated compensator should be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device should be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements so that the pipe system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions.
7. All movable components of the corrugated compensator must not be stuck or restricted by external components, and the normal movement of each movable part should be ensured.
8. During water pressure testing, the secondary fixed pipe frame equipped with the corrugated compensator should be reinforced to prevent the pipeline from moving or rotating. For compensators and their connection pipelines used for gas media, please pay attention to whether temporary brackets need to be added when filling water.
