According to the information of the press conference, the pass rate of mattress products and children's products in Nanjing was relatively high, at 96.7% and 93.3% respectively; while the pass rate of faucet products was relatively low, at only 83%.

The inspector said that the two batches of unqualified products of children's furniture, one of which was unqualified. The inspector reminds that when purchasing children's furniture, consumers must first check their warning signs. According to regulations, children's furniture should be marked with "ages of use" and "precautions"; children's furniture exceeding the specified height must be fixed on the wall, otherwise it will easily fall and smash the child.
Zhang Yuguo, chief inspector of Nanjing Quality Inspection Institute, said: "For cabinets with a height of more than 600 mm, merchants need to provide connections to fix furniture on buildings. This is a mandatory requirement. Then you need to mark the usage method on the instructions, otherwise it will be unqualified."
Another batch of unqualified children's furniture is formaldehyde exceeding the standard. The inspector reminds consumers to choose furniture that is less or no-coated when purchasing.

For paints that consumers often use in daily life, the tester reminds consumers to pay special attention to the logo on the outer packaging of the product when purchasing. According to regulations, the outer packaging of the paint should be marked with the national product standards, and consumers can check and verify online when purchasing.
Zhao Xiaojia, chief inspector of Nanjing Quality Inspection Institute, said: "This bucket is marked GB-9756-2009. We can search online and we can find that the current implementation standards of interior wall latex paint . GB-9756-2009 is already an expired standard. The standard it now implements is GB-9756-2018. Therefore, such tags expire, which means that the company may not understand the product quality first, and may not pay attention to it, so there may be certain problems with their product quality."
