Last week, IKEA Home’s official online mall purchased a wardrobe for my bedroom. After paying for delivery and installation fees, IKEA delivered the goods to the door and carried out the installation.

But later I was wondering if IKEA Home Furnishing’s arrogant after-sales policy was to make consumers give up? I have never encountered such a thing in domestic e-commerce or shopping malls!

For a long time, IKEA's store operations have been chosen in remote areas outside the city centers of major cities in the world. Rents in these places are generally cheaper, but customers have to drive there because of the distance, which increases shopping costs.
