The ceiling panel is hollow and fall off frequently after decoration. Some residents have just finished decoration. When the neighbors upstairs are decorating, the mortar layer of the ceiling collapses and then they are quarrel with each other. In fact, this kind of thing is the responsibility of the developer.
Let me show you the community developed by our construction unit. The decoration methods of residents' roof panels:
1, reinforced concrete roof panels
2, 2 thick paper rim intermediate paint
3, white styrene ace paint second-degree
This is the roof decoration method before our construction site handing over. After the owner gets the house, there are two ways to decorate it: 1. It is to shovel the paper rim ash of the roof panels that the developer has roughly decorated, clean it up and decorate it again, 2. It is to directly make paint on the original rough decoration basis. Since the bonding layer does not meet the requirements and receives the effect of its own weight, the ceiling paint layer will become hollow.
Many of the personnel in the design institute have never been to the site, do not understand the construction sequence, and the design does not combine with reality. Our engineering department directly changed the above drawing method to:
1, concrete roof
2, roof sanitation, cleaning
3, directly scraping putty, spraying latex paint (the owner will do it separately)
Why is this changed? The developer's roof painting is purely unnecessary, and the owners will also remove and reconstruct the decoration in the future. It is better to polish the concrete roof and hand it over to the owner.
