1. Smoke-proof stairwells and front rooms (including shared front rooms)
Except for special cases, smoke-proof stairwells and front rooms should be equipped with smoke-proof facilities.
[Special Case 1] The front room of a smoke-proof stairwell that meets the following conditions does not need to be equipped with smoke-proof facilities:
① Building category: industrial buildings such as public buildings, factories and warehouses with a building height less than or equal to 50m; building height less than or equal to 100m residential building;
② Front room category: independent front room;
③ There is only one evacuation exit leading to the independent front room (including single door and multi-door evacuation exits);
④ Mechanical smoke prevention facilities are installed in the smoke-proof stairwell. And it meets the relevant residual pressure value requirements.
[Special Case 2] Smoke-proof stairwells that meet the following conditions do not need to be equipped with smoke-proof facilities:
① Building category: industrial buildings such as public buildings, factories and warehouses with a building height less than or equal to 50m; residential buildings with a building height less than or equal to 100m Architecture;
② Front room category: independent front room or shared front room ;
③ Front room smoke prevention method: use an open balcony or alcove; or have at least 2 openable exterior windows in different directions, and two independent front rooms The area of the two external windows in the shared front room shall not be less than 2.0㎡ respectively, and the area of the two external windows in the shared front room shall not be less than 3.0㎡ respectively.
Note: This article requires openable external windows, but does not emphasize that the area of the external windows is its effective opening area.
2. The front room or shared front room of the fire elevator
The front room or shared front room of the fire elevator should be equipped with smoke prevention facilities.
3. The front room of the refuge corridor
The front room of the refuge corridor should be equipped with anti-smoke facilities.
4. Refuge rooms
Refuge rooms should be equipped with smoke-proof facilities.
5. Refuge layer
The area (refuge area) in the refuge layer specifically for people to take refuge should be equipped with anti-smoke facilities.
6. Enclosed stairwells
Enclosed stairwells should be equipped with smoke-proof facilities. Except for special exceptions, when there are no natural ventilation conditions or the natural ventilation conditions do not meet the smoke-proof requirements, a mechanical pressurized air supply system should be installed, or the stairs should be closed. The room was converted into a smoke-proof stairwell.
[Special Case] Closed stairwells of underground and semi-underground buildings (rooms) that meet the following conditions do not need to be equipped with a mechanical pressurized air supply system.
① There is only one underground floor;
② It is not shared with the above-ground stairwell;
③ The first floor is equipped with an evacuation door that leads directly to the outdoors or an openable exterior window (or other natural smoke exhaust outlet) with an effective area of not less than 1.2㎡.
7. Except for special cases, smoke-proof facilities should be installed in the refuge aisles
[Special Case] If any of the following conditions is met, can only set up a mechanical pressurized air supply system in the front room, and the refuge aisle does not need to be equipped with smoke-proof facilities:
① One end of the refuge aisle Set up safety exits, and the total length is less than 30m;
② Set up safety exits at both ends of the refuge walkway, and the total length is less than 60m.
Note:
① When there are exits at both ends of the refuge walkway that are not directly open to the outside world, and the length from any point to the nearest exit is less than 30m, the refuge walkway does not need to be equipped with smoke prevention facilities.
② When the evacuation corridor is directly open to the outside at both ends and the total length of the evacuation route is less than 120m, the evacuation corridor does not need to be equipped with smoke prevention facilities.
