First-floor space planning

According to the individual needs of the owner’s family, the designer planned an elderly room on the first floor for parents to live in. The elderly room is close to the public bathroom, making it very convenient to move around. The living room is designed to be open to the sky, with a height of 6 meters and a very wide view.

In the northwest corner, the designer also thoughtfully planned a fire room, which can be used as a chess and card room in normal times. In winter, you can stay warm by the fire and cook at home. The dining room and the kitchen form an interconnected space, making it very convenient to serve food.

Second floor space planning

The second floor is a rest area. Taking into account the owner’s family population, the designer planned 3 bedrooms and 1 public bathroom on the second floor. The space is spacious and can meet the housing needs of the whole family. Outside the living room is a balcony, facing north and south, with smooth airflow. Considering the children's learning needs, the study space was planned. Life is contented.
