This project is located on the edge of Qingjian Lake in Jundi County. It has four floors above ground and one underground floor. It covers an area of 350 square meters and costs 900,000. It is designed in a modern style with cold gray tones. The original design intention of this case is based on the concept of simplicity but not simplicity, with balanced colors and gray scales, and the main use of tough and concise straight lines in the shape to give the space a sense of hierarchy. The materials are mainly Yashi white marble tiles/high-grade gray latex paint/wood grain color wall panels . In terms of spatial distribution, we start from the plane layout, comprehensively combine different needs, and redefine the space functions, while maintaining the permeability of the space. , while maximizing the utilization of space, increasing space practicality, spatial layering and humanization trends, creating a comfortable living experience and spacious and bright visual effects.
The living room opens up to the balcony and the lighting area is expanded. The entire horizontal hall is simple and elegant, with sofas as partitions and a distance of 80cm behind to provide a perfect fit between storage and aisles. The TV background wall is superimposed with wood veneer and stone to create a strong spatial hierarchy. At the same time, a storage platform is added below to take into account the storage function. The mainless light hidden in the ceiling shines down along the wall. Light and shadow intersect with wood and stone, creating an immersive atmosphere.
