Whether the overall appearance of the equipment group can be beautiful while ensuring the installation quality is the focus and difficulty of the construction. There are many equipments and dense pipelines in the refrigeration machine room of this project. Before the equipment is installed, a special plan should be prepared and submitted to the company's technical department. After review, it will be submitted to the supervisor and Party A, and construction can only be carried out after approval. 
. Technical preparation
(1) Before installation, professional and technical personnel must conduct "three clarifications" on technology, quality, and safety to the installation personnel based on the program content, construction specifications, and design drawings.
(2) Coordinate the civil engineering and supervision units to complete the basic equipment inspection work and keep records.
(3) According to the actual situation of the equipment foundation, measure the effective size of the space in the computer room, arrange the pipes according to the effective plane size of the space, and set up a beautiful and smooth space for the owners and staff on the basis of ensuring that they are concentrated in rows and columns as much as possible. working channel.
(4) Based on the measured plane space dimensions, draw the plane and section drawings according to the above principles, and submit them to the supervisor and Party A for review and approval.
, Unpacking inspection
(1) After the equipment arrives at the site, unpacking inspection should be carried out together with the civil engineering and equipment manufacturers.
(2) Before unpacking, check whether the outer packaging of the device is damaged or damp.
(3) After unpacking, check the name, specifications, and model of the equipment to see if it meets the requirements of the drawing design, and check whether there are instructions and certificates.
(4) After unpacking, check the packing list to see whether the equipment and its components are complete and whether the equipment looks good.

(1) Foundation inspection and acceptance: Inspect the foundation quality together with the civil engineering, supervision and construction units, and confirm that it is qualified. Make an intermediate handover. The inspection contents mainly include: overall dimensions, plane levelness, centerline, elevation, depth and spacing of anchor bolt holes, embedded parts, etc., and keep records.
(2) In-place leveling and preliminary leveling: According to the construction drawings, pop up the vertical and horizontal center lines of the equipment foundation according to the positioning axis of the building. It should be noted that the direction of the equipment nozzle should meet the design requirements, and the level of the equipment should be adjusted to a degree close to the requirements.
(3) After the basic acceptance, mark and place, and release the positions of pad and vibration pad . Principles for placement of pads: The equipment load concentration point is or close to both sides of the anchor bolt. Generally, the distance between two pads is 300mm~500mm.
(4) The lifting of the chiller is completed according to the lifting plan. The chiller is lifted into the machine room, and the positioning work is completed by roller bars, sleepers, and inverted chains . Make the vertical and horizontal center lines of the chiller coincide with the vertical and horizontal center lines of the foundation.
(5) Use flat horns or inclined horns to level the equipment. The placement and quantity of the horns should comply with the equipment installation requirements.
(6) The longitudinal and transverse horizontal deviations of the unit installation should not be greater than 1/1000. The horizontal deviation can be measured using the U-shaped tube method or other methods.
(7) When the unit is arranged in the room, space for maintenance operations should be left around the unit. When multiple units are arranged, the distance between two units should be maintained at 15~2m.

(1) set, water distributor can be transported outside the machine room by a free vehicle, and the inverted chain is used for installation. When installing in place, it must be carefully leveled and aligned to make it hollow and solid. The allowable deviation of the plane position of the equipment and the bracket or base is 15mm, the allowable deviation of the elevation is 5mm, and the allowable deviation of the vertical position is 1/1000.

, water pump installation
(1) Foundation re-inspection: Before construction, the foundation of the Shijian construction should be reviewed and accepted, especially the foundation size, elevation, axis, reserved holes, etc. should meet the design requirements. The foundation surface is smooth and the strength of concrete meets the equipment installation requirements. This work must be coordinated with the quality inspectors of the civil construction unit to carry out this work and keep records.
(2) Vibration isolator installation: When installing a water pump with vibration isolation requirements, there should be rubber flexible joints and elastic supports and hangers on the inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump.
(3) Rubber vibration isolation pad installation:
① The rubber vibration isolation pad installation of water pump is suitable for horizontal centrifugal water pumps with motor power less than 110KW and working environment temperature less than 42℃.
② When the water pump is fixed by anchoring, a steel plate should be reserved in the concrete foundation according to the location of the water pump bolt holes, and the anchor bolts should be welded to the center of the reserved steel plate.
③The vibration isolation pad is not bonded to the surface of reinforced concrete foundation .
④ The rubber vibration isolation pads at each support point of the water pump base should be an even number, and they should be arranged around or around the base according to the central axis of the water pump. The load on each support point should be uniform. The area, hardness and number of layers of the rubber vibration isolation pads at each fulcrum of the same water pump should be exactly the same.
(4) Installation of shock absorbers:
① Commonly used vibration isolators include spring shock absorbers and shear shock absorbers.
② The shock absorber under the pedestal should be placed according to the position required by the design or standard atlas. Place a pad slightly larger than the height of the shock absorber next to it. Then hoist the water pump and install it in place. Remove the pad after the pedestal is raised.
③ When adjusting and leveling the water pump and constructing piping, place a pad with the same height as the shock absorber next to the pedestal shock absorber. Remove the heat block after the water pump adjustment and piping are completed.
(5) Water pump in place:
① Before installing the water pump, check the name, specifications and model of the water pump, and check whether the technical parameters on the water pump nameplate meet the design requirements. The appearance of the water pump should be in good condition, free of rust and damage. According to the equipment packing list, check whether the shipped parts are complete and whether there are any defects or rust.
② Carry out manual turning of the water pump. The turning should be flexible and there should be no jamming or abnormal sound.
③ When hoisting the water pump, use inverted chains, steel wire , etc. to complete the positioning work. The wire rope should be hung on the base or the lifting ring of the pump body and motor. It is not allowed to hang on the shaft of the water pump or motor, bearing seat or the pump. On the inlet and outlet flanges.
④ Place the water pump on the foundation, install the anchor bolts, use flat pad iron and inclined pad iron to level and align the water pump, and screw on the nuts of the anchor bolts. 5. During the secondary grouting of the anchor bolts, the bolts should be kept in a vertical state. The strength of the concrete should be 1 to 2 levels higher than the foundation, and the mesh should not be lower than C25. The anchor bolts should be well protected.
⑥ Use a level and a line pendant to measure on the processing surface of the water pump inlet and outlet flange and base, and perform precise leveling work on the water pump so that the longitudinal level deviation of the overall installed water pump should not be greater than 01/1000, and the transverse level deviation should not be greater than 0.2 /1000. The vertical and horizontal horizontal deviation of the disassembled and installed water pump should not be greater than 005/1000.
⑦ When the water pump and the motor are connected by coupling , use dial indicator to measure and adjust the axial and radial directions of the coupling so that the allowable deviation of the two axes: the axial tilt should not be greater than 0.2/ 1000, the radial displacement should not be greater than 0.05mm.
, Installation of pipelines connected to the equipment

, Finished product protection
(1) After all the equipment in the computer room is installed, protective measures should be taken before the system is connected to prevent external pollutants from causing equipment failure.
(2) Before the equipment is installed and put into use, a dedicated person should be assigned to take care of it in the computer room to prevent loss and damage.
(3) If an unexpected incident occurs, report it to the relevant departments of our company immediately and take effective measures to deal with it in the shortest possible time.
