When the gas hot water boiler heating system operates for a long time, a large amount of dirt and water stains will accumulate in the system. If not treated, it will affect the boiler's operation and heating effects. How to deal with these stains and dirt?
　1. Clean the stains.
Practice has proved that combining chemical and mechanical methods to clean water residue Z is ​​an effective treatment method. Some people believe that when the heating system is equipped with an effective water softening facility, no effort is needed to clean it. This concept does not conform to the actual situation. It should be said that softened water treatment, combined with cleaning methods, is the most effective and thorough treatment method.
　(1) Clean the external network and indoor facilities.
After winter operation, the water residue in the external network and indoor facilities should also be cleaned. Cleaning of indoor facilities is usually carried out by simple people. The water slag in the external network can be cleaned by using the sewage discharge method of the indoor system inlet decontamination device when the circulation pump is running.
　(2) Cleaning inside the boiler.
After winter operation, when the boiler is turned on, we can see a large amount of red and black loose water slag deposited at the bottom of the drum and the next container. We can also see flaky water slag attached to the drum. , water wall, smoke pipe and the inner wall of the container. These water residues can be cleaned using chemical or mechanical methods. The traditional mechanical device is a furnace washer; the cleaning effect is good, but due to the limitation of space in the pot, especially for fireworks tube boilers. The cleaning method combining chemicals , boiling and high-pressure water cleaning machine is effective and can achieve the natural color of the boiler heating surface.
　2. Softened water.
For the main scaling substances such as calcium, magnesium, and salt in the water, the effective softened water treatment method, that is, sodium ion softening, has been used for a long time. It should be noted that this method of treating scale-forming substances in water in the boiler without bringing them into the circulation system. If the raw water and supplementary water injected into the entire heating system are softened water, then the residual hardness specified in the softened water quality standard is relatively high, indicating that the scaling substances in the water have not been completely treated. A certain amount of scale will still be produced when the system's raw water and supplementary water are in the softened water state. Water slag.
Therefore, combined with the magnetic field water treatment device that has appeared in recent years, its manufacturing basis is that after the water enters the boiler, the crystallization process in the water changes, so that new scale is no longer produced, causing the scale to fall off into mud. What I'm trying to explain is that even when combined, the residual hardness in the system water will still produce a certain amount of sludge.
　3. Boiler blowdown.
Steam boiler discharge is very important, very important, and its effect is also very obvious. Whether it is continuous sewage discharge or regular sewage discharge, it can effectively discharge the excess salt content in the boiler water. But the sewage discharge effect in hot water boiler is not very obvious. The difference is: first, the water inlet volume of the steam boiler is only 10T per hour, while the water inlet volume of the hot water boiler with the same capacity is 240T. It can be seen that the water flow rate of hot water boilers is particularly large, more than 20 times that of steam boilers with the same capacity. The commonly used sewage discharge method is to stop the circulation pump for 2 hours until the impurities in the water precipitate, and then open the sewage valve to see the clear water. However, the effect of this sewage discharge method is limited, because the sewage pipes set in the drum and the lower header tank cannot discharge distant sediments.
　4. Dirt remover
　The dirt remover is installed on the inlet pipe of the boiler room and indoor system to effectively separate water slag. However, practice shows that its separation effect is limited. Especially the dirt remover at the entrance of the boiler room can be said to have almost no separation effect. Whether vertical or horizontal, the design concept is to use filters and larger volume sedimentation to separate impurities in the water. However, it is conceivable that the metal filter cannot withstand the impact of water flow when the water speed in the pipeline is nearly 2 meters/second. Corrosion affects the service life of the filter and it is difficult to maintain it for more than one month. The volume of the dirt remover is limited, so why does the sedimentation effect occur?In recent years there have also been problems with cyclones, a method often used to separate particles from gases. Different from water, the ratio of sand and clay in the water residue to water can only be large particles, and small particles cannot be separated, so the separation effect of the cyclone decontamination device is also limited. So, is there really no good separation in practice? Yes, large volume decontamination tanks can only perform very good separations.
