The original "De County Chronicle" records: Dezhou Liancheng District and Dexian District 2: both have the village name "Xiao Zandian". Today, "Xiaochandian" village is an administrative village in Yuanqiao Town, Economic and Technological Development Zone. Therefore, this place has always been called "Xiao Zandian". Today's Xiaozhan store is located on the south side of Dongfeng East Road, the north side of Wei Twelve Road, the west side of Zhongao Street, and the east side of Jingsan Road.
This village was originally called "filial son shop". As the name suggests, it is famous for having filial sons. The village was built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. It is said that there was a filial daughter-in-law in the village who was courteous and filial, diligent and thrifty in running the house, and saved a handful of good rice for every meal. As time goes by, a little becomes more. A few years later, there was a disaster here, the fields failed to harvest, and the whole village almost ran out of food, but his family remained the same. After the old man learned the truth, he was very surprised and opened a store to provide food and rescue the victims. Help the village tide over the difficulties. Afterwards, in order to remember the virtues of diligence, thrift and filial piety, people called her family's grain store "Xiao Zandian". Over time, "Xiao Zandian" became the name of the village. Still persisting to this day.
In the first year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty (1909), Yang Xueyuan, then the magistrate of Dezhou, merged and rezoned the villages in Suotunhe Township. Divide Texas into nine districts: the village is under the jurisdiction of the urban district. During the Republic of China, Dezhou was changed to Dexian. In the 20th year of the Republic of China (1931), Li Shude, then the county magistrate of Dexian County, announced the division of Dexian County: Liancheng was changed into the jurisdiction of the second district and twelve townships.
In addition, there are two versions of the legend about Xiaozhan store.
1: In ancient times, in a certain village, a filial son lived with his father. The war broke out, but the filial son still braved the flames of war to find food for his elderly father. Once, the filial son went out to look for food, but when he came back, he found that his father was not at home. The dutiful son searched everywhere but could not find his father. So he stood on the high slope all day long, calling his father, hoping that his father would hear him. Later generations were touched by Xiaozi's actions, so they named it Xiaozi's store.
2: During the Qing Dynasty, in this small village, a carpenter named Sun Feng took good care of his mother whose legs were paralyzed because he often went to the village to do carpentry work. What should he do if his mother needed care during this period? Sun Feng hung a gong next to his mother's bed. Once his mother had any needs, he could hit the gong. The sound of the gong would spread far. When his son heard the sound, he hurried home to take care of his mother. Once, when Emperor Xianfeng passed Wusheng Pass, he heard the sound of gongs coming from a small village. He felt very strange and learned the story of the carpenter Sun Feng's filial piety. The emperor was greatly moved and issued a special edict in the ninth year of Xianfeng to praise the spirit of filial piety. The local people engraved Emperor Xianfeng's imperial edict on the stone tablet for future generations to admire. The village was called "Xiaozidian Village".
