Navy Camp Meeting House is located in a five-room thatched house on the West Street of Lushun Navy Camp. It was occupied by the Japanese army as a dressing room during the war. On January 2, 1905, representatives of Japan and Russia negotiated here, and Russia signed the instrument of surrender. At that time, the 329-day war between Japan and Russia in Luda came to an end. On January 5, the commander of the Japanese Third Army Nogi Nogi met here with the commander of the Russian Lushun Fortress Stessel. The military leaders of both sides shook hands and made peace. They sat on a bench and took a group photo under the date tree. Stessel also specially gifted a famous Siberian horse to Nogi Nogi, and the horse was tied to the date tree in the courtyard. In the summer of 1913, the wife of the Governor of Fukushima of the Kanto Governorate came to the naval camp meeting center "to pay tribute to the battle traces" and proposed that stone fences be built around the jujube trees for protection. In July 1918, the Japanese colonial authorities erected a monument and engraved an inscription to commemorate the meeting between the leaders of the two armies and their group photo under the jujube tree. After liberation, the naval camp meeting hall was completely changed. On March 18, 1988, the Lushun Japanese-Russian Prison Site Museum collected the stele from the Naval Battalion Garrison Yard for display. Now a second-level cultural relic

Dalian Zhongshan Plaza No. 9 has a European classical architectural style, with a construction area of 2,805 square meters. It was built in 1909 and belongs to the late European Renaissance architectural style. During the Japanese occupation period, it was the Dalian branch of the Yokohama Bank of Japan, the Far Eastern Bank of the Soviet Union after 1945, and later the Zhongshan Plaza Branch of the Bank of China. The three circular domes on the roof and the "French roof" structure of the building on the main attic all reflect the artistic characteristics of the European Renaissance and have a typical European classicism style. Listed in the first batch of protected buildings in Dalian. In the picture, Fugou Mountain, commonly known as the common people, is faintly visible. It is located about 5 kilometers east of Jinzhou New District, Dalian City, with an altitude of 663.1 meters and an area of about 110.9 square kilometers. In the Qing Dynasty Gu Zuyu's "General Theory of Fang Yu Quantu" called Daheishan. In the 30th year of Guangxu's reign in the Qing Dynasty After the Russo-Japanese War , Dalian became a colony. The Japanese translated it as Great Monk Mountain, and the locals also called it Dahu Mountain or Tiger Mountain.
