This is a very precious photo taken during the battle of Pingjin in 1948 and 1949. It is a photo of Nie Rongzhen and the leaders of the Northeast Military Region .
There are 3 people in the front row of this photo, and they also happen to be members of the General Front Committee of the Pingjin Battle: Lin Biao, Luo Ronghuan and Nie Rongzhen; there are many people in the back row, including Huang Kecheng, Tan Zheng, Xiao Hua, Liu Yalou and Gao Gang.
Luo Ronghuan is in the C position of this photo. He is dressed in military uniform and has a strict discipline.
On the right side of Luo Ronghuan is the famous general Lin Biao. Although he was the secretary of the General Front Committee of the Pingjin Battle, he stood at the edge in a low-key manner when taking a photo.
