At the same time, she also rescued Zhang Qilong, the secretary of the Liuyang District Committee of the Communist Party of China at that time, and since then, the possibility of her second marriage has been opened.
1932 After four years of storm, Li Zhen and Zhang Qilong became husband and wife under the approval of the organization. Li Zhen became pregnant shortly after marriage, but the danger of the guerrillas eventually made her lose the crystallization of their love. Zhang Qilong was also mistakenly identified as a "reorganized faction" or "AB group member". In desperation, Zhang Qilong took the initiative to divorce Li Zhen and indirectly protected her.

Gan Siqi was also born in a poor family in Hunan. She is five years older than Li Zhen. She is a college student at Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow. She has served as the Minister of Propaganda of the Hunan-Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee. In Li Zhen's eyes, he was an excellent intellectual revolutionary warrior. In the subsequent revolutionary process, Li Zhen and Gan Siqi joined hands to share with each other, from the thorny old society to the new society with infinite possibilities. During the rank awarding ceremony in 1955, Gan Siqi was awarded the rank of general, and Li Zhen was not willing to fall behind and became the first female major general in New China.
