Throughout the ages, many heroes have emerged in the vast land of Heyang. As time goes by, their deeds may not be known to most people, but our happy life today and Their bravery and self-sacrifice for the country are inseparable. They deserve to be remembered forever. Today we are going to talk about Mr. Dang Bohu, a good son of the people of Heyang.

Mr. Dang Bohu was born in Lingquan Village, Heyang in 1906. He was thirsty for knowledge, diligent and studious, and went to Shanghai to study in his youth. He yearned for the bright future. In 1925, at the age of 19, he joined the Communist Party of China at Shanghai University. In 1927, he served as the Party branch secretary of Shanghai University. Together with Qu Qiubai, Luo Yinong, Yun Daiying, etc., under the leadership of underground party organizations, he actively participated in, Organizing patriotic activities and making many contributions to the founding of New China.

In the 1920s, China's mountains and rivers were shattered, foreign powers were tyrannical in China, the Chinese people were living in dire straits, and the Chinese nation suffered unprecedented humiliation and suffering. Uncle Dang was not afraid of life or death, and devoted his youth to the party's revolutionary cause without reservation. At Shanghai University, he accepted advanced Marxist ideas, strengthened his communist beliefs, and bravely stood at the forefront of the revolution. First line. He secretly carried out party propaganda work among his classmates at Shanghai University and Fudan University. After the "May 30th Massacre", he and his classmates distributed leaflets, held demonstrations, promoted progressive ideas, and called on people to rise up to save the country. He was arrested while organizing a strike for workers in a Japanese cotton mill, but was later rescued and released by the "Shanghai Federation of Students".

In the "April 12" counter-revolutionary coup in 1927, the Kuomintang massacred Communist members and Shanghai University was sealed by the reactionary military and police. In order to reduce sacrifices, the party's activities had to become more secretive. The party bosses and party organizations lost contact and were hard to find. organization, so he went to Wuhan to look for it. At that time, Wuhan was also shrouded in white terror. The party organization was severely damaged. He was unable to contact him for a month or two, and all the money he brought with him was spent. When he was in poverty, he had no choice but to return to Xi'an. On the way back, he saw the newspaper published the news that his direct leader at Shanghai University, 26-year-old Luo Yinong, was killed by the Kuomintang, and couldn't help but burst into tears...

The "September 18 Incident in 1931" ", Japan openly launched a war of aggression against China, three In more than a month, they occupied the entire Northeast of our country and implemented the "Three Guangs" policy. Everywhere they went, corpses were everywhere, mountains and rivers were in trouble, Shenyang and Suiyuan were lost, and the uncle's heart was as sharp as a knife... In order to remember the national humiliation, he returned it to me. He named the children Nian Shen, Nian Yuan, and Nian Zhong, respectively, and looked forward to the day when the lost ground would be regained and the mountains and rivers would be reorganized. He worried about the country and the people, and despite the bloody war of resistance against Japan, he still secretly engaged in party work, risking his own life to prepare medicine for the front line, and was in danger every day.

In 1933, Uncle Dang was appointed by General Yang Hucheng to serve as the county magistrate of Changwu County. In the spring of 1936, Wang Feng was entrusted by the Party Central Committee and Mao Zedong to bring Mao Zedong to Yang Hucheng, Du Bincheng and Deng Xiaoping. Baoshan's autographed letter was secretly sent south to Xi'an via a detour from northern Shaanxi. When passing through Changwu, he was arrested by plainclothes and the letter hidden in his cotton robe was found. At the critical moment, Dangbo Hu, who was only 30 years old at the time, , completely regardless of personal safety, tried to rescue Wang Feng. He urgently copied Mao Zedong's autographed letter, and quickly wrote to General Yang Hucheng's confidential secretary Wang Juren to explain the situation, and planned to send a special person in a truck to escort Wang Feng safely to Xi'an in the name of "escort" so that the letter could be delivered intact. General Dayang completed the important secret mission assigned by the Party Central Committee and laid the foundation for the subsequent " Xi'an Incident".

After the founding of New China in 1949, Uncle Dang served as director of the Secretariat of the Xi'an CPPCC, secretary-general, and member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC. He is knowledgeable, open-minded, approachable, and hard-working. Even if he is seriously ill and hospitalized, his family is not allowed to use the company's vehicles to transport him. When he goes to the central government for meetings when he is old, his family members are allowed to accompany him. He also requires his children to buy tickets at their own expense to accompany him. He lives a simple life. But when he met someone in need of help, he helped with all his energy.

In 1985, Mr. Dang Bohu died of illness and was buried in Xi'an Martyrs Cemetery. In 2001, Mr. Dang's soul returned to his hometown. Heyang County held a grand burial ceremony for Mr. Dang Bohu's ashes, and he has been buried in his memorial hall ever since. On the land where he dedicated his life (south side of Lingquan Fushan).

The old party man has the motherland and the people in mind. He takes saving the country as his own responsibility, regardless of personal safety, and has the courage to take responsibility. Although he has gone through ups and downs, he has a strong will to face it; he is modest and prudent, strict with himself, and does not care about personal gains and losses. Worth learning from. The new era has given us a new mission. We must learn from history and understand the truth. We must follow the example of party veterans, strengthen our ideals and beliefs, and contribute our own strength to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
