In response to the problems found, in April 2021, the court issued a pre-public interest litigation prosecutorial recommendation to the Xi'an Western Han Empire Mausoleum Protection and Management Center, urging it to conscientiously perform its cultural relics protection duties and strengthen civil and technical defense in light of the characteristics of field cultural relics protection.

After receiving the procuratorial recommendation, Xi'an Xihan Imperial Tomb Protection and Management Center actively took measures to strengthen the protection of cultural relics. With the strong support of the superior departments, the center has added a series of special technical equipment to strengthen the protection of ancient tombs, and used digital technology to time, point and position the patrol trajectory of cultural relics protection personnel to enhance their sense of responsibility in work. In addition, relevant government departments took the lead in establishing a patrol team composed of cultural heritage protection departments, public security organs, and street offices in the jurisdiction to increase the intensity of normalized patrols.
