1963, leaders enjoyed the flowers in Yuquan Mountain : Peng Zhen struded with his head, and Comrade Xiaoping wore cloth shoes!

This is a very rare photo. It was taken in March 1963. Several central leaders took their busy schedule to take a walk and enjoy the flowers. The photographer took a rare moment when several leaders were strolling in the garden.
Yuquan Mountain is about ten kilometers away from Tiananmen Square . On the west side of Summer Palace , it was a famous royal garden very early. The three feudal emperors Kang, Yong and Qianlong all loved Yuquan Mountain and left behind many calligraphy and legends. After the founding of New China, Chairman Mao Zedong, Premier Zhou Enlai, Comrade Shaoqi and Commander-in-Chief Zhu De also liked it here very much. Some of them lived here for a lot of days, including Comrade Xiaoping who lived here in the 1970s.
There are 4 leaders in this photo, namely Comrade Xiaoping, Peng Zhen, Li Fuchun and Yang Shangkun.
Peng Zhen and Comrade Xiaoping walked in front, just like his decisive work style. Peng Zhen walked in front with a smile. Although he was wearing an Zhongshan outfit, he walked almost the same as a soldier.
Comrade Xiaoping walked next to Peng Zhen. He was the only one of the four who did not wear a hat and was wearing a Zhongshan suit. Comrade Xiaoping looked very good, but what's noticeable was that he wore a pair of black cloth shoes.
Walking behind are the leaders Li Fuchun and Yang Shangkun.
Li Fuchun was wearing a gray coat and a hat and smiled happily. He is a veteran revolutionary, and what is particularly praised is his love with Cai Chang . This revolutionary partner is second only to Premier Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao’s elder sister.
Yang Shangkun, wearing a black coat, walked next to Li Fuchun. He has been responsible for the daily work of the Military Commission and the work of the General Office of the Central Committee for a long time. Yang Shangkun seemed very happy at this moment.
In fact, there was another heavyweight figure in this "travel", that is, Chen Yi Marshal, but he was not in this photo. In another photo, five people stood in a row and took a picture of them "formally". The photo was lucky enough to stay, and we can see it today.
