On March 4, 1941, Washington, USA encountered a cold weather. On that day, it was the inauguration ceremony of the old William Henry Harrison. He wore a single dress and insisted on completing an hour and a half inauguration speech outdoors.

This caused a cold and soon turned to pneumonia . A month later, Harrison died of illness at the age of 66. He is known as the "shortest-lived" president in American history.

This person who has been president for only one day is David Rice Acheson.
